The visit with the optometrist was fine, the girls working in the front are very unprofessional. I couldn't even understand the girl I spoke with on the phone, she was talking very fast. I mixed my trial contacts up and I called to see if I could get a replacement pair while I was waiting for my contacts to come in the mail and the girl on the phone told me I couldn't get another trial pair because it was "almost a month ago", but it was only 2 weeks ago. Sears has never given me trouble like this and they have given me trial contacts before when something happened to my contacts and I didn't have any back-ups. The only reason I came here is because Sears optical was closed on my day off.

We have been getting our eyes checked here for years! We love the doctors and the staff. They are always very nice.

the experience here was very smooth and easy to understand. all questions were answered and my needs were met. I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone needing eye exams and a place to get contacts/glasses
