Both the front desk staff and doctor were very professional, polite and thorough. I’ve referred several family members to Dr. Ly and they are just as happy with the level of service received as I am.

I had purchased my glasses almost 2 months ago, but was just now able to take them back on Sunday. The prescription that I originally got were a little too strong. They were able to see me right away and did another eye exam getting me the correct prescription. Everyone in the office were very nice and helpful...thank you.

Everyone was extremely kind and provided great service. They were all very clean and cautious during this time of enhanced sanitization. Dr. Lin was very thorough and explained every step of the process in detail. All in all this was one of the best exams I've been in for. I would highly recommend Deerbrook Eyecare to anyone.
