The visit with the optometrist was fine, the girls working in the front are very unprofessional. I couldn't even understand the girl I spoke with on the phone, she was talking very fast and her pitch was going up and down like an annoying valley girl. I can't stand girls who talk like that (shoot me please!) I mixed my trial contacts up and I called to see if I could get a replacement pair while I'm waiting for my contacts to come in the mail and the girl on the phone told me I couldn't get another trial pair because it was "almost a month ago", but it was only 2 weeks ago. I'm going back to Sears, they have never given me trouble and they have given me trial contacts before when something happened to my contacts and I didn't have any back-ups or if I was waiting on my contacts to arrive in the mail. The only reason I came here is because Sears optical was closed on my day off. BOO to this place!

I enjoyed my time and felt like I was really taken care of when I arrived they even provided me with a laminated copy of my prescription and made everything quick and easy. I'm definitely going back for my next eye exam.

Deerbrook Eyecare was wonderful. Dr. Lin explained everything very thoroughly. Excellent eye care.
